ITunes won't let me put music on?
So I downloaded music and I wanted to put in on my phone using iTunes, on my desktop, it works fine but for some reason on my laptop, I try to transfer it but it just shows me a small red circle with a cross through it, not letting me put songs on. How can I put songs on my iPhone? Extra information is that I have an iPhone 4 but on my old 3GS it didn't let either. Can someone tell me how to fix it? I plugged in my phone, went to on this iPhone like I usually do and I would transfer the music onto the music list like always but on my laptop it doesn't seem to work
It could be a virus on your computer, or it could be just a problem with iTunes. I suggest calling your network or making a trip to the apple store or calling them for help.
