ITunes won't let me see the summary of my iPhone 4?
Okay so I bought an iPhone 4 from the pawn shop, when I connect the iPhone to my iTunes it won't let me see the phone's info, or summary. You know? When an iPhone is connected to iTunes it shows its content and summary and it gives options to back up or restore the iPhone and such. However iTunes won't let me do that with the iPhone 4, but it does show all of that stuff on my iPhone 3. What gives? I was able to back up my iPhone 3 and put all of my music, photos and apps onto my iPhone 4.
When I hook up the iPhone 4 with iTunes and when I click on the little iPhone tab on the right it shows a large picture of a black iPhone, it says "Sync music, movies, TV shows, and more." then an arrow points to the movie tab, it says "Go back to your library" then an arrow points to the "Done" button. This button is gray by the way, it won't click.
So how can I fix this?
I've restarted my computer, uninstalled and re-installed iTunes. I don't know what to do, any help?
You have to REVERT your iPhone to back to it's factory settings.
- Why won't iTunes let my iPhone go into iTunes? My brother put a password on my iPhone, and he forgot it. I, stupidly, tried a whole bunch of passwords to see if I could get it, and not my phone is disabled. I tried connecting it to iTunes to get it undisabled so I can restore my phone, but it keeps saying I need to put in the password in order for me do get onto iTunes. This happen to anybody else? Can somebody Please help me!
- Why won't itunes let me download songs onto my iphone? Ok so i used youtube converter to convert a 3 minute song and usually it always works but anyway, i got it downloaded onto itunes but when i try and drag it to the devices section where my iphone information is, it won't let me, it just has a red circle with a line through it. Me and my girlfriend were sending each other kissy faces and then she sent a lot in one message and then my iPhone froze up and now I can't view my text messages. Every time I try to open the text icon, it shows a blank screen for about 45 seconds and then goes back to the home screen.
