ITunes won't transfer music to my iPhone 5?
I'm using the same computer, phone, etc. That I have been for 2 years but all of a sudden iTunes refuses to transfer music to my iphone. It either 1. Says "iTunes can't add any songs to the iPhone because no songs in your iTunes library can be copied to this iPhone", or it will say "preparing to update" and act like it's about to put the music on, but it just gets stuck on preparing to update and just stays like that and doesn't actually transfer the music. It's frustrating. I don't know what I could have done to make it do this. I also just updated both my iphone and itunes to the latest softward but this problem has happened before I did that and is still happening now. I tried turning my phone off for a while and back on (that seems to fix a lot of things) but it didn't work. What do I do?
Added (1). Oh and I use the "autofill" button but this also happens when I try the "add to" button and try to add specific things.
Have you tried the "Manually manage my music and videos" option?
You could also try to go to your iTunes settings on your phone and turned off iTunes Match.

It will not work though when I click and drag the music to my phone. No pop-ups come up telling me what went wrong, but it doesn't even do anything in general. What's going on? And could you tell me how to get it onto my phone?
