I've cracked my iphone screen
So i've got the money of the insurance company to get the screen replaced by apple. But the issue is my friend gave me this iphone and i don't want her to know i've broken it already. It was locked on orange when i got it and struggled to get it unlocked. If i got in to the apple store can i get them to exchange it for one that is unlocked or at least on o2. Will they know that it was previously locked on orange? And will they know that the iphone is in my mates name? Not sure what to do?

To avoid all that apple hassle you should do it yourself with an eBay kit for around 10 bucks. As for your questions. They can probably tell it was an o2 phone but will assume the carrier legitly unlocked it since all factory unlock services go through the carrier. An exchange will probably be unlocked but if not the unlock process shouldn't be to difficult. As for it your friends they have no way of knowing who's phone it is nor would it matter.

By this time, i have forgotten my password to unlock my phone, which led to my iphone disabled and linkin it to itunes. Finally remembere my password on itunes connected the usb. And itunes said, do you want to allow access info on iphone? Click continue. Then says please respond to iphone.Tho nothin cause its locked. I don't know what to do, because the photos on my iphone are precious to me and if i could get it factory reset id lose them all. Even tried icloud. With no sucess.
