Jailbreak and unlock iphone 4?

I have an iphone 4 which i want to jailbreak and unlock. Can anyone suggest a way to do it.
I'm new doing this, so I need a tutorial or step by step to do it.

iphone 4
ios: 5.1(9B176)
Modem Firmware: 04.12.01
