Jailbreak iOS 7 Now Available?
My iPhone 5 has been jailbroken on iOS 6.1.2, I'm wondering if iOS 7 jailbreak is available, if possible I would like to upgrade iOS 7 beta first, because it looks awesome, and keep my jailbreak on iOS 7. Where I can download a free iOS 7 beta firmware?

It won't come out until iOS 7 is released to the public in the fall. If you want to install it early, you can register your device's UDID with a developer account through a site like http://www.udid.in/.It's $5, and then you can try out the new OS before everyone else. That's how I got it on my 4S.
