Jailbreak UK iPhone 3GS firmware 05.16.08 locked on Three (3)?

Does anyone know how to unlock/jailbreak my iPhone 3GS locked to three (3) in the UK?
The firmware is 05.16.08 and it has the current 6.1.2 update installed!
I have tried a few different things such as sn0wbreeze but still no luck:/

  • What is the current latest working jailbreak firmware for the iPhone 4S? I've purchased an iPhone 4S from some random by-passer for £100 and when I woke up in the morning, I noticed it was blocked, I was told I could unblock it if I jailbreak the device and I will then be able to use and make calls.   • IOS 6.1.3 Firmware Fake Gone Wrong! (Jailbreak)? I installed "Firmware 6.1.3 Fake" from iHackStore, while on iOS 6.0, then whenever I tried installing something, it would attempt to remove Evasion 6.0-6.1.2 Untether, getting scared, I immediately removed the Firmware Fake, thinking it'd solve it. WRONG. My iPhone stayed at 6.1.3 yet I'm still jailbroken. Now whenever I try to install something, it attempts to remove the untether, and aborts whatever I try to install or remove. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
