Jailbroken iphone stuck in recovery loop?
One of my friends at school jailbroke my iphone 3g a long time ago and it was cool until i went to update and restore it. Now its stuck in a endless recovery loop with a screen with a picture of a usb chord below the itunes symbol. I tried going into dfu mode that didn't work. And i'm panicking right now, please help!
ps: i'm know nothing about firmware, hardware or advanced stuff like that. So can you tell me how to fix it the easiest way possible.
Try restoring it itunes, then when it gives you and error and shows the recovery screen, download a program called recboot, it will kick it oit of recovery mode and let you use it.

I dropped it in the toilet for about 2 second and then quickly pulled it out (i know it was stupid) but then i washed it off cause it was covered in pee. I took it apart and i put it in a bag of rice for a day. Then i blew it out with an air Compressor. I put it back together and plugged it in. I was wondering if anyone knew about any third party apps or anything that will help.

Okay, so my iphone was jailbroken & I had a lot of data on it so I chose to erase all content… It has been stuck on the loading spinny screen for two hours now. My top corner power button will NOT work as in it is broken. Is there any way I can force my phone into recovery mode without this power button working?
