Just bought a iPhone 4s on ee having trouble activating sim?

Tmobile site is asking for 14 digit sim serial and my card pack only has 12 digit serial.
no 14 digits anywhere on the pack, even the digits written on the sim are only 12.
please help

I would take into a tmobile store and have them set you up.

  • I'm having trouble activating my iPhone 5? I had an accident with my iPhone 6 so I have to activate my old iphone 5. Here is some background info: -My iPhone 5 says it has 4g lte and 3g and 1x but it's not activated it won't let me send messages or call. It's been like this since I activated my 6. -It has a sim card. I tried removing and then putting it back in but it says nothing about activation and is normal.
  • I just got the iPhone 5 and I'm having trouble with my messaging? When I first got my phone I couldn't text people using iMessage only regular mms messaging but once I got that fixed I'm only getting and can only send iMessages. Does anyone know how to fix this?
  • Having trouble watching a video on my iPhone? I recently upgraded to iOS 6, and so far it's ok, except for YouTube. I have the downloaded version, and it sucks. I hate it. I've been trying to watch a music video, and every time I tap the video, a box shows up saying "Not available to underage users!" And my account clearly states that I was born in 1989. What's wrong with it! I hate the new YouTube! Is there any way I can get the old YouTube back?
  • Having trouble restoring iPhone 4s from 5.1.1 to 5.1.1 and I do have my shsh blobs? I have a jailbroken iPhone 4s running 5.1.1. I want to restore my phone to the original stock firmware 5.1.1 (my current one). According to the jailbreak world i should be able to do that if i have my 5.1.1 ssh blobs, which i do have. I have tried every way i know, running TinyUmbrella's TSS server going through itunes and using the latest redsn0w 9.14b2.
