Just bought the iPhone 6 plus how do I keep its battery life amazing for the next 2 years I have it?
My phone is still in the box and I want to know what I do to start its battery life off right? I heard some people say since it has a charge when you buy it to let it die and then charge it to 100% or some people say right when you buy it out it on the charger but i don't know WHAT's best? Can anyone help me out thanks!
Charge it to full and avoid complete discharge. They are mostly based on how many full charge to depletion cycles. So basically every time it goes through a cycle, it degrades a little every time. Or in short, here are some steps and a long technical study.
- Would you buy a new iPhone every 2 years or 4 years? Why? If your not a fan of iPhones don't answer please. And would you buy the S models if you don't already own an iPhone?
- What is this little lock icon next to my battery life on my iphone? I recently updated to the IOS 7 and today this appeared on my phone and then my location services started to mess up. What is this icon and how do I turn it off?
- Should i buy the iphone 8 plus/X next month or wait for the next release which is in September 2018? I'm thinking of getting a new iphone next month but my dad suggested i wait for the new ones in September, what do you guys think and if you think i should get one of the current iphones which should i get the 8 plus or the X?
- Random icon next to iphone 6 battery life? There's this random icon appearing next to the battery percentage on my iPhone 6 and I was wondering what it means. I tried googling but couldn't seem to find any information about it. Thanks
