Just got a new iPhone, how do I download all my music to it?
I just got the iPhone 4S. I also got 5 new CDs and I want to download everything that's on my iTunes to the new phone. I already added the CDs to the music now how do I put it all on my phone?
The way you get music from your CDs to your iTunes library and thus to your iPod or iPhone is a process called ripping. When you rip a CD, you're copying the CD and converting the music on it to a digital audio format (often MP3, but it could also be AAC or a number of other formats), and then saving those files in your iTunes library for playback or syncing to your mobile device.
Sync. Just go under the iPhone section in iTunes & you should see a Music section. There you could select which songs/playlists are synced across. Easy.
- My iphone 5 won't download all its music onto our new computer its windows 8 lenovo? Ok so everytime i plug my phone into my new computer itunes comes up but it won't sync my stuff at all. All that comes up is go to itunes store or something else i forgot but when i click on the other thing nothing happens and i need my music and phone to sync to our new computer but it won't!

It says I need to authorize it, and I have no idea how to. Thanks Here's the thing, I can't find anything that says Authorize Computer anywhere. Ahh I'm such an idiot, it's right there.
