Just got a replacement Iphone for my broken one: how do i get my music/photos back?
My old iphone 4s broke, so i just received my "new" replacement one. After restoring it i retrieved all my old contacts and apps, but my music and photos, with the exception of a few old pictures, have yet to appear. My old iphone, being broken, won't stay powered on for more than a second or so. If my old iphone has a sim card or something, do i take it out and put it in the new one to transfer all my old content?
The sim card doesn't have your content on it, just your contacts and cellular ID. The iPhone, despite its absurdly high cost, doesn't have such "luxuries" as microSD cards and replaceable batteries. Wow what a great device that is… LMAO
To answer your question, I'm not sure that you can recover the stuff you lost.
- When I first got my new iphone, I logged in to my other apple id to get my bought things back. So now apple music doesn't work. What to do? So now it says "icloud can't be turned on because this device is already associated with another account" and it's mad annoying. Apple music delets some of my songs or majority of them and I can't turn on icloud for music.
- When apple replaces a broken iphone, do you get to keep the old broken one? The back camera on my iPhone 4s broke (just stopped working), so I called Apple and I have an appointment set up to replace the old phone with a brand new one. But, I want to know if when they give me the new phone, will they let me keep the old one? The phone still works fine except for the camera. In fact, it's almost perfect. And obviously I want to sell the old one on ebay to make a boat load.
- Replacement Pending iPhone. Replacement phone or fix? My iphone is being repaired and on the apple service page it says 'iPhone replacement pending' and below it says repair complete… I was wondering if this meant that my phone has been repaired or if Apple are sending a replacement iphone different than the original.
- My photos on my iPhone got deleted by themselves and i don't know how to get them back? Okay so i was on my phone just then and i was editing a photo on an app, i wasn't on my camera roll at all i didn't even have it open. So i was just editing on an app and i go onto my photos and it says "camera roll 95" when i originally had 314 i looked on the "recently deleted" but the photos on there were only the ones i deleted months ago. Absolutely devastated please help me, i want to know what happened and how i can get my photos back
