Little sister broke my phone - am I overreacting?
I'm 14 and have an iPhone 6, my little sister dropped my phone onto the kitchen floor and smashed it, my mum said she'll get it fixed for me this week but I told my sister to leave me alone and went up to my room and cried hysterically. I don't even know why I'm sad considering it isn't that bad and I'm getting it fixed this week but is this an overreaction?
No, at your age phones mean a lot and breaking a phone is super scary, I would just calm down but in the moment I think your reaction was just fine
Yes, you're overreacting, but at 14 that is to be expected. It's just a phone, you can replace it, and it was just an accident.
I mean I would react the same way you did but also understand it was a accent, plus you're lucky your getting your phone fixed the week… I had to wait almost 6 months

Ask yourself, how can I be mature about this situation? My wife lost her wedding ring. We looked all around the house and street outside and asked the store we visited before that. I remained calm. I found it under the blanket on the bed by where your feet go. I told her afterwards, did you see how calm I was? So if I ever loose my ring or something, will you also be calm about it? You are you sister's biggest role model. Be a man.
Little kids can sometimes break tings because they are clumsy or careless and at other times do it on purpose but in this case it seems like it was an accident and you should not blame her but forgive her.

I think that given your age, it would be understandable for you to be extremely upset. Now, move on and accept that things will be fine and be kind to your sister. She didn't mean to break your phone and you can warn her to not touch it again. Your mom is being really nice to get the phone fixed for you and you need to tell her how much you appreciate her for helping out in this situation.
- Why isn't my sister iPhone 5s coming on? It's been turning off for a bit and coming back on. This morning she woke up and noticed the apple logo was showing. - I can't ever hear my sister on my iPhone 7? Since the day we both got the iphone 7, which was right when it came out, I can't hear her clearly to this day still. I don't have this problem with my parents who also have the same phone nor with my friends. I can barely hear her most of the time but she can always hear me clearly. How do I fix this? Should I go to the Apple Store?
