Location Services Disabled on Missing iPhone 4s?

I accidentally left my iPhone 4S in a locker-room yesterday after a tennis match and I didn't think much of it. I thought I would go back and get it the next day because I was going to a sports game. Well, today I went in the locker-room and it wasn't there. I thought I hadn't searched my bag hard enough so I went home and it wasn't there. I tried using 'Find my iPhone' to track it, but it came up with 'Location Services Disabled' with the green dot, meaning that it had been found, but it couldn't show me. I began to freak out as the school hadn't reported any recent phones coming up. It has a three number passcode on it. Please help? Do you think someone might have stolen it/gotten into my phone?

Well actually yes and if it had a 3 lock Passcode on it then it would most likely be easy to crack now if it said location services means that when they got it they disabled location services cuz they will know you will be looking for It. If you have it with Verizon or at&t you can call the company and tell them enough info so they can track it for you and you can get it back of when you use where's my phone it should give you a little bi of options send notice, lock iPhone, erase iPhone if the company couldn't help you then I recommend lock iPod witha really hard *** long passcode so they won't be able to use it.
