Locked out of iPhone 4s, never synced to iTunes?
My sister changed her passcode and then forgot it and now she is locked out. It's too late to get to an apple store and nothing seems to be working. I'm about to take it out of recovery mode I don't know what else to do. She's never backed up her stuff on iTunes and she afraid of losing her stuff. Please please help
Try holding down the home, lock, and +volume button until it restarts. It shouldn't erase anything but I'm not sure.
- I forgot my iPhone 3 passcode and it never was synced to a computer? I heard the only real way to get into your phone if you forgot your passcode was by pretty much rebooting it with a computer. The problem is, when I got the phone off eBay, it was never synced to any computers that I know of. Is there another way to get into it? (I do not mind if it erases data.)
