Looking for an iPhone city builder game that is not pay to win?

So I'm looking for a city builder for iPhone. There are a few features I want.

-Free or less than $5
-Not a big focus on in app purchases to "speed up build time."
-Maybe not a build time for buildings.
-3D or a side 3D view like Realm Grinder
-You can choose where to place buildings.

It's pay to play or pay to win with all games. App games never end so you never win

Unfortunately most mobile games are like that now.

If you don't mind one based in the 1800s then a game called 1849 might be a good one.

Also, there's a game coming out soon called Pocket City, they have confirmed on Reddit that it will have no in-app purchases, it will be a premium game but they will offer a free version with ads - might be worth signing up for their newsletter to be notified when it comes out

  • Looking for an iPhone 5 on pay-as-you-go - Cheapest place to buy one? Preferably on Orange/T-Mobile. If cheaper on another network then please share. If you can pay off the phone on a monthly plan but not be on a contract, this would be excellent.
