Loosing 10-20 pounds in 2 months?

Okay, so I wanted to try and drop 10-20 pounds by September, and I wanted to know the following:

1) What kinds of things can I eat to achieve this?
2) Any exercises I should do?
3) Is is also possible to lose 30 pounds in this timespan? (That's my overall goal, but I wasn't sure if it was possible or not ^_^;)

Ah, not sure if you guys need this info, but I'm currently 15, 5' 9", and about 140 lb, if that helps.

I recommend a few things.
1) Eat Veg - it might sound simple but you can eat loads of it and it won't put on the calories. Veg and protein, maybe a little low fat cheese too - quite nice and should help you lose weight.
2) Eat nuts - these are actually high in calories, but they are proven to help with weight loss. Just have a handful a day - they speed up the metabolism.
3) If you can't stop eating carbs such as bread, fries, pizza, and then you might be depressed and your brain is trying to get serotonin from these foods. If the case, take 50mg of 5-HTP each day and see if your appetite changes.
4) Exercise is always good but not really something you HAVE to do to be slim. But you should do it anyway; it keeps you healthy and will benefit weight loss. So many exercises out there, I suggest looking at YouTube videos for ideas.
Hope this helped.

Its impossible unless you take performance supplements aka steroids. Focus on compound exercises like squats, bench, shoulder press, dead lifts, rows and don't forget cardio

Based on your weight and height, it will be particular harder for you to lose weight compared to someone shorter with that weight (fatter)… Me haha
I was 5'4 140 and wanted to lose 25 pounds in a short period like you

Do cardio excercises everday. What I did was I got apps on my phone that had several short workouts requiring no weights or equipment. The app was called "workouts" (for iphone) and I used it everyday almost burning about 200 calories per workout (about 45 minutes in total).
I also go the my fitness plan app. This tracks your food and workouts throughout your whole day each and every day. It shows your progress and the best part is when you finish tracking your day, the app calculates what your weight would be 5 weeks from the today. For example it would say if every day were like today youd weigh 120 in 5 weeks. Its cool

go online and look up cardio workouts tailored to your interests. For example if you like dancing do zumba! If you like running, running is the best option when it comes to high calorie burn.
if your not very active get try the app
hope this helps

I Don't Know
