Lost all my contacts, messages, and pictures on my iPhone, can I get it back?
I got a new iPhone for Christmas and haven't synced it at all with the iTunes on my computer until now. When I synced it, it asked if I wanted to restore the information from my iPod, or start it as a new iPhone. I thought the restore option would just carry over all my songs, but now I've lost all my contacts, messages, and pictures I had on my iPhone and it looks exactly like my iPod does. Is there any way to fix this?

- LOST CONTACTS AND MESSAGES ON IPHONE 4 So I have an iPhone 4 and stupidly downloaded a iOS 7 beta test. I ended up hating it, and tried to get iOS 6 back. Well I did and everything was fine, except all my messages and contacts were gone! I backed up my phone a few days prior, but then my computer backed up my phone right after it lost everything. I've tried everything to try and get all my stuff back and I really really need it back!
- I plugged in my iphone to my mac book pro and lost all my contacts and pictures? All my old pictures and contacts from my old iphone came onto the new one when i plugged it in.
