Lost my iPhone in my house- is there a way to make it make noise?
I lost my iPhone in my house. After two hours of searching I'm about ready to give up. I started searching on the internet to see if there was any way to make my iPhone make noise or ring, even though I have it turned to silent/vibrate.
I don't have any of those apps like MobileMe or anything like that.
Any suggestions you tech geniuses?
I would try calling it. I think calling would make it vibrate and you can usually hear a vibrate. I would suggest calling twice on each floor of your house. (eg. The front of the top floor, the back of the top floor, the front of the main floor maybe by the front door, the back of the main floor, and the same idea for the basement.)
That's how I found my phone when I lost it.
If you have your iCloud setup, you can go to iCloud.com and login using your iTunes account and click on find my iPhone and it will make it make a noise even if its on silent… Hope this helps.
