Lost parcel in post and no receipt?
I sent a iPhone 5 back last week (Tuesday) to mobiles.co.uk. They sent yodel to come and collect the parcel and when they came, i signed for it to say that he had been however when i asked for a receipt he said that they don't give them out… Anyway, my replacement hasn't arrived and now mobiles and yodel are saying they have no record of having the phone back and because i have no tracking number they can't do anything about it? Please help and advise me on what i can do as i have lost that iPhone otherwise and they aren't parasitically cheap!
Phone up your mail service (like it would be the Royal Mail in the UK, I'm not sure where you live) and ask them if they have your package, you'll have to fill out some forms and go to your local depo, but if anyone can find it it will be the people who are actually trying to deliver it.
I agree with the other answer to try that first, with your local royal mail. If you get nowhere with that, take yodel to court. Sue them for the price of the phone.don't let them get away with that. I would contact them as well and speak with management. It sounds like the delivery guy didn't do his job properly. They can track who it was and that you were on the list for pickup, request a written copy of this for your records, especially in case you end up in court.
