Luxtr iPhone Lightning Cable Free Replacement due to Lifetime Guarantee?

I previously ordered a promising new phone cord to charge my iPhone 5, after going through them rapidly I was surprising so see this new brand had a lifetime guarantee.

Luxtr says that if you follow the instructions upon receiving your order you will be promised a lifetime guarantee on your product.

My cord broke today and I have not the slightest idea of how to get my replacement cord.
