Bigger screen
The 5 is significantly lighter than the 4S, and you get more space on the screen (useful sometimes especially reading books, web pages, PDF, etc.). And the 5 is a bit faster than the 4S.
You need to use a different connection cable for the 5 though, and it can't use any of the accessories for the 4S and earlier.
Its very hard to compare them since they have awesome features alternatively. But if you prefer to do some customizable things, such as *** gadgets, download more free apps, prefer samsung(android). But if you want a phone & if you wanna use it, the way it is always, just buy iPhone. In iPhone, the customizbility is very less. But if you wanna play inside the open-source OS, Android is the best. If your UI should be simple, prefer iOS. Free apps r not as much in iOS as in Google play store.
Both the OS/phones r the extraordinary. They have got the 'killer features' of their own!
iOS can't b compared to Android, bcoz theyrun on diametrically opposite concepts.iOS offers user-friendly UI, while android, in terms of customizability.
Coming to looks, iPhone is more sexy than samsung. Its slimmer, but screen resolution is very small when compared to samsung galaxy s4.
U decide which type of phone you want.

Nothing that would make it worth buying. Tiny little insignificant improvements, just like with every other iPhone all they did was slap a 5 on it and call it a new product
