Modem not connecting to Internet?
I have a Westell modem and it just isn't connecting to the Internet. It started doing this today since last night everything worked fine. When I do troubleshooting it keeps telling me to unplug my modem and 10 seconds later try plugging it in.
I've done this 5 times or so with no results. I'm sure it isn't my laptop being the problem because my iPhone isn't able to load any pages when connected either. I'm running windows 7 Home Premium. When I look at my Wi-Fi it tells me it's connected but "no Internet access"
Does anyone have any solutions I can try? It's really frustrating not being able to connect. It may be a simple solution since I'm not too adept in my knowledge of modern technology.

If it's a rental modem from your ISP, you call THEM. The problem is on their end.
The easy way would be just to call your internet providers and have them help you thy can do alot more to help you since thy have access to your modem
- Why is my iphone not connecting to internet outside of Wi-Fi? Ok. I restricted my internet on my iphone to be used only on Wi-Fi because i was about to go over my covered data. The data renewed so i unrestricted it. However, its like i didn't un restrict it at all. It still works on Wi-Fi but when its outside of Wi-Fi it won't connect. All of the settings is turned on for data to be used. Any ideas what may be going on or wat i could do?
- Suddenly only my computer is not connecting to the Internet. Why A couple days ago my gateway nv53 running windows 7 suddenly shut down not too long after a virus was found, upon restarting the Internet is no longer connecting and saying it is connected with "limited access". My iPhone, Xbox, and other devices in my apartment still function normally and only my computer is not connecting. Any solutions? This is frustrating.
- IPhone 5s not connecting to Home Internet? I had called AT&T, Frontier, & Apple All had told me today that the sercurity settings on my Wi-Fi are blocking the connection to my iPhone 5S Is that possible? Because I had called AT&T today & someone else said that's not true, that it's the phone causing the problem He said there's no way to block certain devises I have multiple devises connected to my Wi-Fi, this is the only devise having this problem so can it really be the phone it self? If so what can I do?
- IPhone 5 is not connecting to the internet? I've got at iPhone 5. I've had it for about 1.5 years and so far it has been running perfectly fine. After updating it to iOS 8.0.2, the internet connection hasn't been working at all. I was using my sisters iPad and the internet connectivity was flawless. Help me please. I've already wasted 1.5 gb of cellular data. Also please don't give me a lecture about "iPhones are crap" or "Deal without internet"
