Money isn't showing up on my iPhone iTunes account?

3 or 4 days ago I redeemed a £15 iTunes giftcard. My balance was £10.80 after I last bought something. I just tried to download fruit ninja when a notification came up 'Your payment method was declined.' I went on to the app store from my iPhone and then went on to my account to see if it was still there and it wasn't. Then I turned on my laptop and went on to iTunes and logged in and it was there. What's going on, and how do I fix it?

We can't fix personal account issues with iTunes. You will have to do this yourself by contacting customer support at iTunes.
