Mophie Case problems (iPhone 6)?
So for my Birthday, I got the Mophie Juciepack Air for the iPhone 6. I was really excited to start using it as well as my new phone. I plugged in the case, but after about 10 seconds, the light on the back to show it was charging just suddenly stopped blinking. I'm not sure what to do, my parents spent $100 on the case and we all really want it to work
I don't have that model specifically, but on the Mophie products I have, the light doesn't constantly blink while the device is charging. It only blinks when you press a button. It's still charging the rest of the time.
- Will the Mophie case charger loose it's battery life if kept charged overnight? I have an iPhone 5 and a Mophie air. I was wondering if I kept it plug in overnight would the battery eventually die? The Mophie case charges my iPhone to 100% first then the Mophie case to 100%. However since I've haven't using my phone that much, only my iPhone5 battery goes down. The Mophie remains at 100% the whole day, however I charge both at night.
- Why won't my mophie case charge my iphone 5? I've had this Mophie Juice Pack plus since late July. It's been working perfectly until today. When I have the phone and the case plugged into a charger, only the case charges. When I unplug them and turn the case on, it doesn't charge my phone. I know the iphone is not the problem because it works when I plug it into a regular charger.
- Should I get the mophie iphone 4s juice pack air or and otterbox defender case? I can't get the Otterbox iON case because it costs a lot but should I get the mophie case or the otterbox defender. I don't really have use for a otterbox because I never drop my phone. I'm leaning towards the mophie, but i want to know how durable the case is as well as the battery. Thanks in advance!
