Multiple iDevices on one account?

Okay, so I've had my iPhone 4s for about a year now and my little brother just got an iPad mini for Christmas. I let him use my apple id for his iPad so he could have all the songs I have and all the paid apps I have too. This was good until he wanted to use his own iMessage account to text his friends because it would go through as my email account AND he started getting all my iMessage texts. Also, his iPad is taking storage away from my iCloud since they share the storage. So my question is how do I separate my iPhone and his iPad while still being able to share music and apps? I don't want my iMessages going to his iPad. I'm also getting ready to leave for college next year and I don't want to have to sync his iPad to my mac every time I come home.

Added (1). So in all, I don't want him to be dependent on me and my Mac when he eventually gets an iPhone, ect. Is he going to have to just create his own account and have to deal with buying apps and music all over again? Which is ridiculous if you ask me. Apple already makes enough money.

You can't do what you want To do

Make another Apple ID, then your brother can use it for iMessage & FaceTime, it won't effect all apps & music on his iPad. When you already have another Apple ID, go to Setting > scroll down to Message > Tap 'Send & Receive' > Click your Apple ID > sign out then sign with the new Apple ID. It's working for me, I'm using different Apple ID for iTunes & Appstore and another account for iCloud, iMessage & FaceTime.

  • Why is my Facebook account logged onto multiple devices? I was just randomly checking my account settings and was looking at devices that are logged onto my Facebook and it shows multiple devices, all from iphone 7plus which is what I have. This might be a stupid question, but wouldn't it just say iphone 7plus once if my phone is the only one logged onto Facebook? On my account settings, it shows 5 other iPhone 7 plus. Does this mean someone else is using my Facebook? I'm just really confused.

  • Is there an omegle/chatroulette video chat equivalent for idevices? Is there an app or site that would allow video chat which could be used on ipod/iphone? I have searched the browser for omegle video chat but I can't use my ipod camera instead of a webcam and I can't even select it. Omegle is something quite similar to facetime for idevices.
