My app won't download on my iPhone?

I'm downloading this app and it keeps saying waiting. I tried everything I reset it and all. I went to the iTunes Store on my computer and downloaded from there and then on there it said downloaded but on my phone the app still says waiting. I also logged out of the App Store the logged in again. Nothing worked. Anything else I should do? I keep on trying and it's not working though.

So, take it back to the Store where you bought it, and they will help you.

Check your iPhone's storage

1) Go to Settings > General > Usage > Storage
2) Check if the storage available is less than what your app requires
3) If so, reclaim free space by deleting an app from the top 10 listed (Top 10 by storage usage)
4) If 3) is not feasible, Click Show all Apps and delete an app(s) from that list
