Try seeing if you can contact apple, and see if they have someone who can help you - If you really need help try calling 866-948-7319 - it's a nationwide tech support. Maybe they can help.
Try restarting it and then reinstall it back.
If none of the above works, i just say to head to your nearest apple store and they will get it fixed up for you.

Currently I'm using the iPhone 5s on iOS 8.3 I know if I were to update my phone to the latest OS I may notice some slowdown on my phone's performance, since it may not have the "muscle" to handle certain functions. Many apps now are optimised for iOS 9 and/or the 6th generation phones. Will my 5s' speed performance slow down if I update my apps? Will the app's performance slow down?
- Why isn't my iPhone updating? I've been trying to perform a software update on my iPhone 5s by going into the phone's settings and then general and clicking software update, but every time I do this it just says "checking for updates" but it's not letting me update. I left it checking for an update for about 15 minutes and still nothing. I'm currently running IOS 7.0.4

After I choose Agree, it doesn't do anything, and I've tried resetting and turning my phone on and off but it's not working. Also, everytime I try to update it from my computer it always makes me take it to the Apple Store to fix it.
- Iphone 4 isn't working after updating? I just updated my Iphone 4 to the new software and it made me restore everything. So I did. When I got to the screen where it asked for my apple id to restore everything, it kept saying that my id and pw were incorrect. I thought it was odd because when I tried checking my online apple id, my icloud, my email, itunes, everything, and it was all correct. Is this happening to anyone or is it just me? I have no idea how to get back on my phone now.
