My brand new iPhone 4 won't send OR receive picture text messages?
Okay. So recently I got a brand new iPhone 4. Everything works perfectly and I can send and receive texts, but I can't send or receive pictures in texts. Yesterday I could send pictures to one of my contacts but I tried it again a few hours later and it didn't work. I'm so confused.
MMS IS TURNED ON So Please DO NOT TELL ME TO TURN IT ON BECAUSE IT IS TURNED ON. I HAVE A PLAN THAT IS UNLIMITED TXT MESSAGING WHICH INCLUDES UNLIMITED PICTURE/VIDEO MESSAGING.
Should I restore it to it's factory settings? (I don't really want to as I have 200 + photos and lots of apps already which I don't want to get rid of, but is there any way to save the photos so I can like, sync them to my phone if I do end up having to restore?)
Should I call customer service?
Please Help. I tried restoring my network settings but that didn't work either. I'm really frustrated.
Call your service provider. It probably has something to do with your data plan!
- Why can't I send or receive picture messages? I have a unlocked iPhone 3G with t mobile it won't send or receive picture messages I had the same sim card in my other phone and it sent and received them so it has to be this Iphone how do I fix it or can I?

I have checked the service centre number which is correct, I have updated the ios software thing (I'm not too clever with Apple products but yes it's been updated).It says iMessage is waiting for activation but it has said this for ages now. When I try to send a message it doesn't show the little red 'error' circle or anything, the text will appear and it will say sending and as it's finished loading it'll just disappear. No one receives my texts and I don't get theirs. What should I do?
