My friend refuses to replace my phone?

So she was at my house and we were hanging out and her phone died and she asked if she could use my phone to call her mom to ask when she needs to be home so I gave her my phone and she went outside to call and when she came back my phone was completely smashed the screen was almost completely off and glass pieces were still falling off and the back was smashed and it was bent badly so I screamed at her and she said she dropped it so I told her she has to replace it because its an iPhone XR which is expensive but she refused and went home a few minutes later. I told my parents but they don't know what to do

Snall claims court is how you get it resolved.

Take it as a lesson learned, don't let anyone use phone in the future

Fix it yourself then either take her to small claims court for the cost or just let it go.

Just don't let her use your phone again

I'm sure your phone has insurance on it you'll have to pay the $100 deductible. But nobody owns an iPhone without having insurance on it

Pay the deductible. Sue her for the deductible
Pay to have the screen replaced. Sue her for the repair
Small claims court… Maybe you'll end up on judge Judy

So you have an expensive phone but obviously don't have it insured? Most people insure phones like this in case of an accident.
