My friend sent me a video but the quality is terrible?
So my friend has an IPhone. I'm not sure what type but it's for sure a newer type. I have a Samsung Galaxy. They showed me a video on their phone with perfect quality and perfect sound, and I wanted it. So they sent it to me, and the sound is good but the quality of the footage is terrible. It's EXTREMELY blurry and I can't see properly in it at all.
I really need this video. They tried sending it again but it just comes up the same way. What should I do?
Did they send it attached to a message? They might have turned on the "Low Quality Image Mode" option.
The original file wasn't sent then. If they sent it in a message or Facebook it's likely it was compressed to a smaller size, sacrificing quality for a smaller file size.
They'll have to upload the file to a file sharing site like 4shared where the upload will not be compressed.
Try using a different method to send it. Don't know which method you are referring to currently but in some cases it is usually dulled for data saving purposes.
- Why does my video have such bad video quality? I uploaded my video to the computer and it had great video quality, then I uploaded it to Facebook and YouTube and It looked horrible. It there anything I can do to change that? Save it a different way or something? I see all these YouTube videos that have been filmed by iPhone's and they have great quality. Shouldn't my 14mp camera have even better!
- My sent folder is not showing all the emails I have sent. Why is this happening? This seems to be random, with some showing and others not. Since Thursday, nothing I've sent out is in the sent folder. More worrying, on my iPhone, the entire sent folder has been emptied.
- Just got Spotify Premium. Switched the music quality to extreme, and the quality isn't good? There must be something that I have to do because the quality sounds the same, even though I switched it to extreme. I made sure that I wasn't imagining it - I played my iTunes copy and it sounded so much better. This is the iPhone app, if that matters. What's the solution?
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
