My IOS 7 Beta 3 will not update to newly release Beta 4
I have IOS 7 Beta 3 on my iPhone 4, in my settings it says i have a software update. When i go to to update it, i says i'm up to date on my software. I have 2.6 GB available, i've tried updating with/without Wi-Fi.
This happened to my brothers iPhone. It's a beta, these kinds of things happen all of the time. You're probably going to have to reset the entire phone and then you can just back up everything from iCloud again.
Now, if that doesn't work, you should be able to find a download for Beta 4 online somewhere, that's what I've been doing. But Beta 5 is out now, so you should probably look for that first. If you do this, you're still going to have to wipe the phone, and press restore, and then when you give it the option to restore to a certain software, just use the Beta 4 or Beta 5 file that you've downloaded. If you don't understand, go on YouTube and look up how to do so.
Is your device's UDID registered? You won't be able to install updates of iOS 7 unless you register your device's UDID with a developer account through a site like http://www.udid.in/.It's $5, and then you also don't have to worry about Apple deactivating your device for running unreleased software. That's where I registered my 4S.
- Trying to update my iPhone 4 to iOS 7 beta 5, but not updating? I downloaded the iOS 7 beta 5 CDMA file off of ios7stuff.com and I tried updating my phone with the file and my iTunes has been saying "Verifying updated iPhone software" for almost 20 minutes, and my phone screen turned black with the Apple and updating status bar but the update isn't starting. Help! and I do not have a UDID I also have been using iOS 7 beta 3 for a while but it didn't update to beta 4 or 5 which is why I tried downloading beta 5 directly.

I have iphone 4 i installed ios 7 beta 1 from ipsw file via itunes (shift+update) button and now my software tab i showing beta 2 update. But i'm not developer and i did'nt even registered my udid. so updating via OTA will be risky? will my iphone brick? what to do? will it ask for developer account after update? People who already attempted this please tell me is it safe?
- Iphone sim won't work in newly bought iphone? I broke my old iPhone 4S so bought a used iphone 4 on ebay. The phone is said to be unlocked but when I out my old sim in the phone, it says that there's "no service" and it also says during the set-up "SIM not valid". How do I fix it and make it work?
- IOS 7, Not a registered developer problem. How can I update to release? My mom's iPhone was updated before iOS 7 Beta 6 was released and now she got the "Not a registered developer" error. Is there a way to upgrade it to the release iOS 7 while retaining everything that she currently has on the iPhone?
