My iPhone 3gs is stuck on this mode

I tried to delete everything off my phone by rebooting it and it's been stuck on this screen forever! No matter what I do it won't go away! I've tried to restored it so many times and it tells me there's an error and it can't restore the phone. I don't remember the error code number

Have you tried holding down the home button and lock button at the same time until it turns off? Just an idea, I'm not sure how else to help besides telling you to call apple:/

Connect to the USB slot on the computer and follow below.

To fix hold the Power button and home button for 10 seconds, let go of the power button but continue to hold the Home button. Your iPod Touch/iPhone should have turned off and the screen should be on.

4. After around 10-20 seconds, you will hear a noise (beep/ding) from your CPU as if it had just recognized a new hardware device, now iTunes should recognize it in Device Firmware Update mode.

Open iTunes and click restore under your device's name on the navigation menu.

Once done restore from backups and reinstall apps.

Enter recovery mode/DFU mode (to iTunes it's the same).
Click restore
Done!
