My iPhone 4 flash light turns on when I get an email?
It doesn't blink just lights up, and stays on until I hit the power button. I already have LED alerts off. So how can I stop this?
Hmm, that's odd. Try restarting the phone to see if that helps. Also toggle that LED alerts switch on & off prior, just as an extra measure.
If not, you'd probably have to do a restore. Backup your data before hand of course.

I can reset all settings in general and get it to come on for maybe 10 seconds then it goes off. Phone hasn't been dropped only had about a week.
