My iPhone 4 Freezes When I Turn it On?
So I have an iPhone 4 16GIG Black (My cousin gave it).
And everytime I want to turn it on, I follow the regular procedure.
I click on the button to turn it on and release the button.
The apple logo shows up but after that, nothing happeneds.
It stays at the apple logo, nothing else happeneds.
Please help me, I really need it.

Hold the sleep/wake button on the top and the home button in at the same time for up to thirty seconds. Release when you see the apple. Let it have time to restart.
You may have to restore it with iTunes if your getting and error code tryed dfu or pwned dfu then restore

So i tried that safe mode method(which i to do a hard resent and to press the volume key up when i see my apple logo) so i did that and when the lock screen came up it froze so any help?
