My iphone 4 has been acting up all day?

Okay, so, I have a iphone 4, got i about a year or so ago. I hadn't had any problems with it until the ios7 update came out. I didn't do the update, i personally thought the style was kinda unpleasing and i heard a lot people said it took up a lot of storage. Well, a few months ago my phone stopped letting me facetime. It will say connecting then it will say disconnecting before anything happens. I've tried logging in and out of FT and i've checked Wi-Fi, well I was like whatever dude i'll use skype. So, that's what I did until my laptop just messed up and is in the shop. So, now it's just me and the phone. Well, today suddenly all of my stuff started being all crazy. It started with the app Kik. My kiks would just disappear as i sent them and i couldn't receive any or read any sent to me. I was like okay. So, i turned my phone on and off a few times. It would work for a second then go back to how it was. Well, then my interenet wouldn't load or anything and i even used 3G and it still didn't work? Plus my family was on there stuff so, the Wi-Fi was on. Then my texts aren't even sending. I read if you download a app then delete it, it would make the other apps so, I tried and it kept saying i already had the app(s)? I thought it could a storage problem and i went to go delete pics and once i clicked the delete button it would just close the app and not delete anything. At this point I don't care if I update, I don't have storage though. I'm gonna call later today.

I had the iPhone 4s and installed the IOS 7 Update and it completely started making my phone super slow and started to drain my batteries fast. If updating your phone is not an option i highly recommend deleting any unnecessary pictures, videos, iMessages and website data. But Hey Ho, No need to worry I was told this happens to alot of people.
