My iphone 4 is really messing up?

My iphone 4 is really messing up.
1- it turns off by it self to apple sign like its turning on
2- my apps constantly close by them selves
3- my safari google page is constantly refreshing it self i can't type nothing in it
4-te keys on my keyboard keep freezing for like 20seconds

What's wrong with it? Its up to date on its software

I heard that iOS 6 is having bugs/problems that's why i didn't update.

First off when the apps close, it is called crashing. Some things to avoid that from happening is to exit out of all apps by double clicking the home button, then holding down the apps that appear, and click the minus sign on all of them. You are not deleting these apps, you are simply closing them all the way so that they are not running in the background. Do this regularly after opening apps to minimize crashing. Another thing you can do is go to settings, safari clear history. If you want to keep your bookmarks, then don't click clear cookies. One more thing that you can do is hold down the home button for 10 seconds then while still holding it down hold down the sleep button for 10 seconds. When the apple sign comes up, it is doing that automatically. This is NOT resetting your iPhone, but giving it a red bull to function better. The freezing of the keys is unfortunately un fixable, I have the same problem. Clearing the history should help the freezing Safari as well. For any help, feel free to ask
