My iphone 4 keeps restarting?

Recently my friend pushed me in a pool and i had my iphone 4 in my pocket and it went underwater but i got out right away in dried my iphone off and but it in rice for 2 days and took it out and plugged it into a wall charger and i turned on immedietly and it was working for about 2 minutes then it shut off and turned back on for a little and while it was turned on i went into settings and restored it from my iphone and hit erase all content and settings my iphone was jailbroken and i had siri on there so i don't know if that did anything but right now its just a black screen with a spinning thing and it hasn't shut off and it been like that for 30 min so what should i do to fix it if i have to repair it how much would that be thanks!

If you installed Siri on an iPhone 4 (not 4s) and deleted all your data that's probably the cause of your phone constantly rebooting. What you can do is enter the phone into DFU mode (you can find instructions online) the easiest way to do that is connect your iphone to your PC/Mac [make sure iTunes is not open] and wait for the sound that the computer mades when a new device is connected, in this case we can't turn off the device cause it's on "loop" so you have to hold both home and power button until hearing a "chime" (like the one when you first connected the device) let go of the power button and keep presing the home button until a second chime comes, that should enter DFU mode (and the screen should be completely black) after that open iTunes and choose to completely restore your phone, that will correct the fixes and patches the Siri4all (or the one you installed) change on the direct registry, sometimes you have to do this process twice (restore your phone twice) until it works properly.
