My iPhone 4 makes this weird noise occasionally?

So I have a white iPhone 4 on the latest ios 7. Occasionally, it makes this weird quick whining noise like something being turned on, like a high pitched beep, but only for like 2 seconds. I hope someone knows why? I doesn't lag or anything when it does, just the noise.
