My iPhone 4's screen won't turn on?

My phone was working fine yesterday, then out of nowhere, the screen wouldn't turn on after I shut it off. The phone froze, I turned the screen off, pressed the home button, and nothing. I can't try pressing the button on the top right corner because for months now, it's been stuck. I don't know what to do. I can't purchase another phone. Any suggestions?

Hi, well I have the same problem with my ipod there's a little cord inside and it could of snaped like mine so either take it to a apple store or buy a new one your phone might be done.
