My iPhone 4 will not charge? - 2
I've had this iPhone 4 for about a year and a half. My Father got for me from Good Deeds, a used product store. At first, the phone charged fine, but now at this point the phone will not charge to ANY outlet. Not even hooked up to computers. I've tried all the outlets in my house, school and friend's houses and it will not work. I even bought a new cable for it because I thought the one it came with didn't work or just worn out. The new cable doesn't work either. Is there something wrong with my phone battery? The cable I'm using or the phone? The stupid thing about it is when the phone dies, it charges normally, but as soon as it turns on, it doesn't charge anymore. It just doesn't take any outlets and the outlets are fine. Can someone please help?
I'm no professional, but I think its broken.
Could be a bad cable or battery. Replacement battery's/cables cheap on ebay.
Yeah it is most likely a bad battery. The 4 came out almost 7 years ago. It's battery is probably worn out by now.
Luckily, they cost about $5 on eBay.
Good chance it could be broke but I have few other things that could be also… I found out once. That certain cords have higher frequency. The cord you got could said for iphones but be knock off and not work, I have ran into cords saying will work then won't because its knock offs… For a IPhone you need higher frequency cords I believe. I though my kindle was broken once because. Original cord stopped working. Bought another cord. Still would not work. A family member of mine looked at it decide try it himself to charge it. Was because I didn't have higher frequency. To certain products not sure about siphons but some devices need special plug in box also to charge the higher power devices… So might be reason didn't work plugging in computer also. If cord is not powerful enough or if you need special power boxes. Their are some generic brand cords and plugin boxes that actually work but then theirs others that don't… You should take it in store see if they can get charged… To if the one piece in the phone were plug in if it gets loose it can cause issues charging to, It can happen to the end of the cord to. As over time if not careful that plug in cord or inside of phone were plug in can come loose cause not charge with out holding cord in perfect position. I'm not sure because font have iphon but trying think of ideas check I have had with other devices
Are you sure you've tried EVERY outlet there's? Keep trying till you find one that will charge it.

- Traveling overseas. Need to charge my e cig which i normally charge thru a usb adapter plugged into an iphone charging block Is it safe to charge it like this when the power is 220? Will my e cog get fried or does the charging block regulate the current output?

- IPhone loses charge overnight.a lot of charge. Why? My iPhone 4S was on 5.1.1 but i did restore the software last week and used a backup to also restore the files. Since then I have been losing about 35-40% of my battery overnight, I'm a very power-conscious person, I only use wi-fi, 3g when i need to and i usually keep everything off except data, notifications are to a minimum and location services are off as well as brightness being as low as possible. What is going on? Any help is appreciated
- How should I charge my iphone 5 on its first charge? I heard that I should charge it for at least 12 hours before I use it. And then I heard that I should just charge it after I drain the battery. What should I do? If my iphone is already at 100% charged when I first take it out of the box, should I still charge it?
