My iPhone 4 won't go into landscape mode when I try to watch videos?
No it's not locked in portrait orientation mode. It will go into landscape any other time but not for videos. I can play games and text with it sideways but that's it. Is there something I can do to fix it?
Update your phone. That could solve the problem. If not, you should take it to a professional.

I have tried to reinstall it I have did the new ios upgrade I made sure portrait lock was not on the music settings, (the native music player works when you rotate it) My last resort is to back up my iphone and reload it, I really don't want to do this, any options that I'm overlooking? It said I need to double click the home button and scroll all the way to the left and there will be a lock button to press. But I scrolled all the way to the left and right and it all just my apps! - IPhone doesn't rotate to landscape mode in messaging app? I have the iPhone 5 running on iOS 6.0.2 and it doesn't rotate to landscape when I'm messaging. This is only sometimes and when I turn it off and on again it works.
