My iphone 4s can't connect to my itunes on my mac?
Every time I connect my phone onto the laptop, this message pops up.
The iPhone "Irene Xu" can't be used because it requires iTunes version 10.6.3 or later. Go to www.itunes.com to download the latest version of iTunes.
Added (1). I have downloaded the ios 6 on both my mac and iphone also!
What version of iTunes are you running on the Mac?

- IPhone won't connect charge or connect to iTunes? Well… I'm no amateur when it comes to iPhones but this problem really has me stumped. I bought this phone and replaced the screen, the person i bought it off of couldnt remember the passcode so its disabled. I've tried putting it in dfu mode, recovery mode, etc. Still nothing. If i turn it off and leave it plugged in itll charge. I also put in a new charging port because i thought that was the problem. So i can't do anything with this phone… Any ideas?
- IPhone 6 won't connect to itunes on my mac? When I plug my phone in it will start charging and then it will stop and it keeps doing this for however long i have it plugged in. Its not the cord or charging port on the phone because it will plug in and charge continuously in the wall. Just not my laptop, any suggestions? (I've also tried both USBs on my laptop to see if one was broken but it does this in both.
