My iphone 4s doesn't have siri? - 1
I just got an iphone 4s but it has voice control and not siri i checked in general settings and restrictions but siri is not there this iphone is also jailbroken

Then you might just have an iPhone 4 not 4s. All iPhone 4s have Siri. You can tell if its an iPhone 4 or 4s by the antenna line and sim card.
If it have a black line on the top or doesn't have a sim slot on side its a 4.
4s don't have black line on top and have sim slot. There's 2 black line per side on the 4s.
If your phone is a 4s go to setting>general>siri then turn it on.
