My iphone 4s is having a problem?
Basically it goes on showing the apple and than goes of then does that again after a few seconds. I can't put it on at all.
Added (1). And don't tell me to go to a store, i need experts not idiots
Take it to an apple store and ask an employee if they can figure out what's wrong with it or if it can be fixed
Try holding the power button and home button for 10sec and wait until the apple logo disappears… Then turn it on and see if it works. If not, try connecting to iTunes on your cpu and restore it.
If none of those work, you have a few options:
1) Open your phone and disconnect the battery (there are youtube vids that show you how to do so, keep in mind this can be risky and can also void your warranty if you have any)
2) Take it to a place that fixes iPhones… Just google "iPhone repair stores" and it gives you places, if any, near you… (I've done this myself when my power button broke and save money since my warranty was expired)
3) Take it to the Apple store lol
Another cause would be… Is your phone jailbroken?
Put it in DFU mode (there 500, 000, 000 tutorials on how to do this) and restore in itunes otherwise if it's in a quick loop it sounds like a battery problem might want to reseat the battery connector (supposedly voids warranty but it is impossible to tell if the phone has been opened anyways even if Apple did look at it) there's videos on youtube of how to replace the battery just don't replace it remove the connector and plug it back in

- I'm having a problem with the music on my Iphone 5? For example I will click on a song and it will say i'm playing that song, and its by whatever the artist is, but then it will play a completely different song. And this is happening with maybe 5% of my music. It plays the same wrong song each time I click on the song I want to play. I tried restoring my phone, but it didn't help.
