My iphone 4s is not playing a song that I bought on iTunes?
I bought a song on iTunes and it downloaded and showed up twice on my playlist. One played and the other skipped and went right to the next song. I went onto iTunes and deleted both songs from the Library and synced my phone. After it was done, I checked and the song was still there! It looks white with a music note. It lasts a second like that then goes right to the next song. What is happening and how can I fix it?
Extra details: I have a iPhone 4S but very recently downloaded the IOS6 update. I already tried resetting Network Settings and syncing it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated?
That is very odd. However, my answer is to call apple's customer service/support.

It sounds stupid but I like to look at the album title. Their album is coming out soon. But there's no picture for it when I play the song on my iPhone 4S. Anyone know how I can get the picture?
