My iphone 4s keep turning on by itself immediately after I turned it off?

I do not know why this is happening! I was coming back from a trip to Nova Scotia, I turned my phone off when I was on the plane and it comes back on! I thought it might be that I have too many photos on my phone so I deleted some of them but that didn't help! Any ideas or suggestion that might help me?

This is an issue with either your lock button or the iphone itself. I would recommend taking it to an apple store for the people to look over
