My iPhone 4S keeps rebooting after I try to shut it down?
I hold down the power button until it says"slide to power off" then i slide and it reboots instead of shutting down am I doing something wrong, is it something in settings?

I bet you are charging it. If its not in charge then there's no way that it can switch back on. The thing with iPhones Is that you can't charge it while it is switched off. Once switched off and plugged to charging it reboots itself.
