My Iphone 4s only plays audio when I try to play videos?

I have downloaded many different video players through cydia including VLC and all i get is audio. I also converted the files to almost every file type and got the same. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING! I'm so frustrated that I left android to try out an iphone and this is what I get. Any help would be very appreciated.

I think maybe you have just got the wrong video format. When you have played a unsupported video on Windows Media Player, the same issue occurs. Therefore, make sure you are playing a decent iPhone video. Set the video size of the video as "640 x 960", video codec as "H.264", frame rate as "30", audio codec as "AAC", audio sample rate as "160 Kbps". Moreover, you also need a decent video to iPhone video converter like Moyea Video Converter.
