My iphone 4s stuck in recovery mode and won't charge?

My iphone is out of battery so when i try to charge it apple logo comes up for about 5 seconds, and then it shows recovery mode, So i connected it to my windows pc itunes but since its out of battery it won't connect to itunes, Oh and when it shows recovery mode its supposed to charge but as soon as i take out plug it goes black screen and won't turn on(shuts down).

Looks like it's time to upgrade to a real phone!

Reset the whole thing its prob virused or bricked is it jailbroken?

I bought an iphone online amazon £210, recently its been playing up i mean when i first got it the audio sound didn't work when you record a video, but now the lock button doesn't work, it goes into recovery mode, so i update it, its fine for about an hour then the precess repeats, not just this but the battery percentage remains at 7% and doesn't seem to change it is non refundable what do i do: o help!   • My iphone is stuck in recovery mode, and iTunes won't recognize it? They don't recognize it neither in recovery mode and neither in DFU mode. Is there a way to ''hard reset'' or reboot it without itunes? This happened while i was trying to install ios 8 GM.
